Our Story.
Archies is a privately owned catering company which was founded by William ‘Archie’ Deal in 2008. William grew up in the Hampshire countryside where, with his family he would cook delicious food with locally sourced produce on every occasion. This is where William’s passion for British food and wine came from.
The team today are a professional group of passionate foodies who make our food what it is today. Our menus reflect the seasons with locally sourced quality ingredients and we use unrivalled elegance in our presentation.
Our impact on the environment is important to us and we want to ensure that when we are catering your event, that we promote an honourable and sustainable approach, without comprising on quality.
We have worked with some amazing clients; catering for people like Clodagh and Harry Mckenna, Tim Henman, Rowen Atkinson, Nigella Lawson and Lulu Kennedy-Cairns.

From stylish country manor houses to interesting blank canvas venues, Archies can cater for your event just about anywhere. We aim to provide you with outstanding customer service while taking the stress and hassle away from planning your event.
We cater for all types of events from cocktail and canapé receptions and gala dinners to a relaxed family gathering at home. We can also cater for any corporate event.
Our food inspirations come from all manner of places, from our own family traditions to experiences traveling abroad. Our menus have been created with seasonality and the best of British in mind, but they can always be tailored to meet your specific request.
